Assember: No way to restore Front Page template if deleted about themes HOT 4 OPEN

Looking at the screenshot, the Front Page template was created by the user, so there won't be any way to "reset" it.

I tried to delete all blocks in one of the template pages, save it, and then on the template view there was no revisions option listed, the Reset option did return the template to the original state.

Is the problem here that the Assembler theme doesn't have any revisions at all? Or is that reset option resetting page content back to original pattern content missing user modifications since that time?

What you describe is accurate, @fushar. Assembler does not have a default home template so it is expected that users cannot reset to it but it is still a confusing experience and a pain point.

One way to address it would be to short-circuit the reset option so it takes to the oldest available revision (or to revisions in general) but I am not sure if this is possible.

On that note, is it expected that no revisions are showing?
