server.create_proxy doesn't work with custom port about browsermob-proxy-py HOT 4 CLOSED

Another note, on jenkins machine, providing the port 1337 works. (huh okay)... Clearly I am doing something wrong locally, but I cannot find the issue. Do you have any insight?

Edit: I have tried other ports locally as well; open ones.

I have tried to recreate the issue on OSX 10.9.4 and can't recreate the issue.
