This behaviour is (hopefully) fixed with v152, so I suggest you use latest pre-release. I am waiting for some small improvements and fixes for next release so this one should be okay to use.

Confirmed still not working on version v166.
Still only one strip works.

After doing a bit more testing:
Aurora will only detect one LED Strip, regardless of how many over 1 is connected.
It only works on Corsair Commander Pro LED slot 1, and it only recognises the first strip.

With the latest version (166), this works as intended *only when RGB.net is
set up and signed into.* Unsure if that's the intention.
I plan to get more strips in October and will test more then.
