Uncaught TypeError: object is not a function about aura HOT 7 CLOSED

I was just playing around with aura-core and aura-example to review some of the changes @dustinboston has been making and I'm currently experiencing the same error as the above. I think it might be related back to http://stackoverflow.com/questions/9691312/backbone-upgrade-issues.

@dustinboston are you currently experiencing the same issue? I was hoping to review the updated version you've done, but getting it working would be awesome :)

@kfrajtak and @addyosmani: I've been doing all my dev work in aura-example so aura-core is really out of sync. I'm not seeing that error in aura-example.

Here's a running version. And by running I mean it's pulling in all the correct files (except one maybe) and not throwing any errors. Basically all the pieces are there, they just need to be filled in.

@addyosmani if you want to remove aura-core until the example is working I can do that. I've gotten some email feedback that leads me to believe that the it is misleading. Really aura-core should probably only exist once there's a stable version of aura-example that can use it.

@dustinboston If we can develop aura-core in branch until it's stable that would be really great.

I was just testing out http://2am.dblogit.com/backbone-aura/aura-example/ and at the moment can't seem to create new todos (testing in Chrome). When you say there are pieces that need to be filled in, do you mean it's functionality blocks like that? :)

@addyosmani Sounds good. You cannot actually do anything with it yet, it's loading up the app_init module and actually running the code in it, but modules that get triggered don't have any code in yet. So yeah, there's still a way to go before it's actually usable. :-/

Oh wow, turns out I forgot to update my code on 2am. It's much further along than I thought and partially working now. (Check the console). Woo. Also removed the aura-core directory. Once aura-example is stable I'll make it again with whatever is working in example and point it to aura-core.
