There are still a couple more steps.
Please add the following TXT record:
_now.medserve.online -> 29cb765ae79b23172eb90fb9d41671ee6e98e8e1037551cb35f0de315b7fe66b
Then I will need to add an alias within my hosting service, and then it should be working.

OK, I did that, but when I navigate there I just get an SSL error.

browse -> alias.zeit.co
I've decided to use an alternative hosting method that supports Let's Encrypt.
