Export-job visible even when access is disabled in roles about atrocore HOT 3 OPEN

More on this issue, as I stated, a user with the role "readonly", can still see export-job, but can´t download the exported file.
I have tested some more, and if I give permission to export-feeds, the readonly user can run the export-job, after this, the user have permission to open the exported file.
I looked in admin under users -> readonlyuser and under Access, you can see this:
Type | Access | Create | Read | Edit | Delete | Stream
Export Feeds | disabled | no | no | no | no |  
Export Jobs | enabled | yes | own | own | own

The resulting permissions don´t get set from the role, even if I set:
Export Jobs | enabled | yes | all | all | all
I get the same result.

Only way I have found that makes an impact on the permission, is if you set the user as Admin, then you get all of it.

Can anyone confirm that if you look at a non-admin user, under access and Export Jobs, you have resulting permission yes | own | own | own ?

And for the record, i have the same issue on 2 different sites. I hope I haven´t made the same mistake two times.
