At first glance, I see that you want to import the Attribute Value field for the Product entity. There are more convenient ways to import attribute values.
If you have a file with a structure as on the first image, you need to select an attribute as a Type instead of a field in the configurator and create a separate configurator item for each attribute.
If the file you are importing has a different structure (as on the 2nd page), you should import directly into the PAV entity.

The "Attribute Value" field shouldn't exist in configurator when importing into the Product entity any more. It is a consequence of the old functionality, we will remove it.
