iTerm load times. about dotfiles HOT 2 CLOSED

I've traced the loading lag to nvmrc, specifically:

source /usr/local/opt/nvm/nvm.sh

In order to disable this, you will need to comment out the whole nmvrc loader section of the .zshrc, but then it loads the shell much faster:

I believe this is fixed in the latest version--rather than disabling nvmrc altogether it appears it was the default behavior of loading the default node version that was the culprit. So now we prevent default load immediately and also remove the default use command as a fallback to projects not having an .nvmrc
