Did read that. My point here was to add it to the settings page of the plugin, not require the user to meddle with config files. :) Sorry if I was too vague on that ... can see how it could be read as me not understanding how to change the settings.

I'm sorry but it's not down to me. The keymap.cson is the default way to assign key mappings in Atom - I didn't see any packages providing custom keymaps through the settings pane, yet.
