My package commands aren't available when using this package about atom-babel6-transpiler HOT 6 OPEN

I'm also experiencing the exact same problem. I've been able to determine that the globbing doesn't work. If I change the glob option to "lib/file-name.js", then 'file-name' will be transpiled. Unfortunately, if I add a "" and try to match multiple files (even with "lib/.js") then nothing happens.

I think I remember running into this, I had to use the following glob to get things working in linter-eslint:

Last night I changed the main module to use commonjs to declare the export (module.exports) and that worked. Subsequently, the glob was no longer an issue

Are you sure it's even transpiling then? 😛 Atom has pretty recent JS support by default.

Haha yea I'm sure. I also have react in there and without the react preset in my babel options, I get errors

FWIW, the github package for atom also uses commonjs in the main index.js and then the imported dependencies use es modules. I'm seeing the same with my setup. Use cjs in your main module and then you can use esm elsewhere
