Hello,
very good :-)
Reload command is commonly requested feature - but it is not implemented (yet) and probably it will never be. It can get quite nasty when you are changing configuration of running program etc.
But point taken, 'reload' command is on the roadmap and I'm time to time evaluating its implementability.
Based on my experience, 'restart' command is usually correct choice (changes in Ramona configs are usually quite rare since once written).
I will test and eventually fix reaction to kill -HUP
, it should initiate restart command.
And finally: Ramona should exit when 'stop' command stops its last running child (sub-process) unless option is given to keep it 'resident'.
See http://ateska.github.io/ramona/manual/cmdline-stop.html (argument --stop-and-exit).
