I can fix this with

addpath(PASSMETHODDIR);

in atmexall.m. But I don't understand why this isn't a problem for other people.

@willrogers, It looks to me like one shouldn't have to do this if atintegrators was already added to your path. I usually add atmat, atintegrators and machine_data to my path when I start up a new installation of AT.

OK - I guess that should be added either to the instructions or atmexall itself because it is not very user friendly at present.
