Missing Avatar and headersAlreadySent error w/3-end and 4-start about builderbook HOT 2 CLOSED

I deleted the User documents on Mongo and tried logging in with a different email and then that showed the avatar. Then, I logged out and logged back in with the email that wasn't showing the avatar, and for whatever reason, it showed. Wasn't able to diagnose why this behaviour happened.

I just ran both 3-end and 4-start (@klyburke tested as well) - in both apps I do see Avatar after login:

Let's figure why you can't see Avatar:

• Try pulling code, delete node_modules and yarn.lock, then run yarn and yarn dev.
  I wonder if you have older version of material-ui package.

• What's your avatarUrl in database?

• When you are on dashboard page after login, do you see any error or warning on browser console (Developer tools > Console)?
