I removed PIL in f923a64 and documented pip install PIL. However there is still code copied from Frescobaldi, Python MIDI, and pyPDF.

In 601c88e I removed python-midi, and in af801c6 I removed pyPdf, so it only remains to decide how to handle the frescobaldi code.

The frescobaldi code is all GPLv3 so there is no problem including it in this project. It's probably way out of date, but that's not a big problem for now, or maybe ever, since we're not doing anything complex with it.
