ly2video depends on unmaintained pyPdf module about ly2video HOT 5 CLOSED

Is this the reason behind the following warning when ly2video is invoked?

I'm not sure what generates that warning; please can you paste the command-line you invoked ly2video with, and a gist URL for the resulting output?

It occurs no matter what file I attempt to build with. e.g. for the file I just sent you via email:

$ ~/code/ly2video/ly2video.py -i ly2videotest.ly -o ly2videotest.avi --height=100

So, by the look of it, it's a the choice of function in ffmpeg, not PyPDF.

Description of ffmpeg package from Ubuntu repositories:

This package contains the deprecated ffmpeg program. This package also serves as a transitional package to libav-tools. Users are advised to use avconv from the libav-tools package instead of ffmpeg.
