Extracting a .3ds file about hackingtoolkit9ds HOT 4 OPEN

I personally have tried .3ds files from multiple sources including my own 3ds, but it seems that USUM is just not compatible with the Hacking toolkit. First of all, if your .3ds file is decrypted you should be using v9 of Hackingtoolkit, but not even that works for ultra moon. If you can somehow find a way to decrypt a Cia file instead of unpacking the 3ds then that should work but the .3ds file is not compatible.

Hi guys, this problem its fix in older version to hackingtoolkit, use the version 5.6 , this version u can extrated u files. Remember unistall setup new version 9 and install 5.6. Try u can. OK

I just tried version 5.6 then, it doesn't really help. The same thing happens, it will go to the Extraction Done screen and not extract anything from the files.
