It worked! My computer was using the tmux version installed by apt, I uninstalled it and installed the last version using brew and it worked
It seemed to be a problem of the tmux version I was using.

hmm. I cannot reproduce it on my end with your configuration running in a docker container. I tested it with tmux 3.2a. Maybe upgrading tmux can do the trick?
