Hi, I have encountered a similar issue in the past, the problem is likely that you try to generate a mel spec for a weird string, for example something like a single whitespace. In this case the duration predictor produces zero durations causing the problem. I gonna implement some error checks for this in the near future.

I implemented a workaround that fixes it in the current PR, so the synthesis should produce a silent wav in those cases now instead of breaking:
