I changed the port back to 21. It the default value, but user may specify other one if necessary. The full name has to be set by the DNS, right? So the galaxy script can get it from DNS. Currently "hostname -f" is with the value of $HOSTNAME because of the absence of the DNS entry. As a workaround I will put the network IP of the machine.
