Update - only code file - error should contain information about a source control presence about mbed-cli HOT 5 CLOSED

[neo.py ERROR] Please change your working directory to a different location or use command "new" to create a new program.

Just a cosmetic issue, that this is not clear what is working directory or library or program (should be git or hg as I noticed). I resolved it via new, had to remove all files. The second option as I understand is to create a new hg/git repo, with files.

Maybe this should be a different issue, but should neo really need the top directory to be under source control?

Depends on what is valid program or library for this neo script? That's what I was confused about (plus 2 Errors printed, should be just one as they both are the same?). If it says not valid mbed application , might be better.

one error shown like this:
ERROR: Not valid mbed application or library, use command new to create one
