Update - pull to use ssh for private repositories about mbed-cli HOT 4 CLOSED

Having references .lib files pointing to ssh repos could be a major problem for networks that have ssh filtered - one example is corporate environments.

Which is why we're not making that a requirement, but rather an option for people that don't live in ssh-filtered environments.

In future versions neo could attempt to translate the https url to ssh one for git, but this behavior should be unlocked via local setting and not enforced on everyone, e.g. we should be still using https URLs whenever possible as this are much more likely to work
