When result type information (Grade, Outcome, Progress, Last Access etc) pushed to Arlo the "LastModifiedDateTime" is set bringing "LatestRegistrationModifiedDateTime" in next pull. I would expect at least one user to view Moodle course, therefore triggering a push bringing pull sync into alignment.

We patched the system, now every entity creation (doesn't matter from where) sets the LastModifiedDateTime.
Does Moodle update the (Grade, Outcome, Progress, Last Access etc) fields for a registration from Arlo? Or is that just a one way sync (from Moodle to Arlo). If it updates from Arlo, I rather do a pull before a push (you will need to figure out to use or for the patch).

Cool, I see modified dates now. It looks like this patch wiped out the previous precision patch. DateTimes come down with .000z precision e.g 2017-05-04T00:52:23.658Z

Yep, pull registrations to making Moodle enrolments in course Arlo activity linked to then if any activity for those users will patch grade, progress information etc.
