In this we propose machine learning techniques, in particular supervised learning, for fake news detection. More precisely, we used a dataset of fake and real news to train a machine learning model using Scikit-learn library in Python. We extracted features from the dataset using text representation models like Bag-of-Words, Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) and Bi-gram frequency. We tested two classification approaches, namely probabilistic classification and linear classification on the title and the content, checking if it is clickbait/nonclickbait, respectively fake/real.
A Python application and tutorial that use Flask framework to provide a REST API to receive requests from the UI. The API then persists the data to a Cloudant database.

Natural Language Processing, usually shortened as NLP, is a branch of artificial intelligence that deals with the interaction between computers and humans using the natural language. The ultimate objective of NLP is to read, decipher, understand, and make sense of the human languages in a manner that is valuable.
Opinion Mining is the task of extracting opinions from a sentence on an instance. In these project, I have collected the data from twitter and had proposed a methodology to judge the opinion of various tweets into three different classes "Offensive language", "Hate speech" and "Neutral speech" using various machine learning algorithm. I have analysed the results briefly
