Hi @iot-Noob. Thanks for your interest in contributing to the Arduino Library Manager index. I see you have already make a couple of pull requests here about this library (#412, #413), so I guess you are already aware of the process for submitting libraries.

The problem is that the URL you added to the list is to a subfolder of the repository. That is not allowed. You must provide the URL for the repository itself, which in this case would be:
https://github.com/iot-Noob/Arduino-Library

The library must be in the root of the repository. I can see that your repository is actually a collection of libraries. That is not allowed. You will need to create a dedicated repository for the library.

You will also need to be sure to carefully read the requirements and make sure your repository meets every single one of them:

Once you have done that, you can submit a valid pull request. The bot will check it and if it meets all the requirements it will immediately be accepted and added to the Library Manager.
