docs: missing prerequisites on Scanner user/pass and Enforcer enforcerToken about aqua-helm HOT 2 CLOSED

I see #270 added docs for creating a Scanner User, but no docs were added for the Enforcer group and enforcerToken, which is the second half of the issue.

I checked the current version, and the Enforcer docs still mention nothing about the enforcerToken; they just assume you know what that is and how to get it.

@KoppulaRajender as the second half of this issue was never resolved, I believe this issue should be reopened.
I could make another issue, but to be honest, I got so frustrated here that it zapped all my willingness to contribute (notably, this issue was created almost a year and a half ago), especially so given that this is a paid product.
