[Feature]: Share packages between workspaces about appsmith HOT 2 OPEN

@Nikhil-Nandagopal thanks for your swift response. I think implementing this via git imports is a very clever way to get this done with minimal work on your side.

I'm just worried that this would require a lot of manual work on the side of instance administrators, as each time a project is imported from git, we need to add a separate SSH key to our git service provider, which requires clicking through the UI each time, or writing some complex api calls to automate this process.

I can also see a potential problem here with some git providers - there may be a limited amount of deploy keys you can add. This was actually a reason why we had to migrate from AWS CodeCommit to Gitlab for appsmith version control, as CodeCommit had a limit of only 5 keys per user.
