fossies doesn't store older versions of Audacity, only the current version (now 2.4.1) in that folder.
This issue is short-term fixed by: #5504
Longer-term, every update of Audacity will break Appget until it's updated.
https://www.fosshub.com/Audacity-old.html has older versions and seems to also grab the current version ( https://www.fosshub.com/Audacity-old.html?dwl=audacity-win-2.4.1.exe ), so that should be a stable link across version updates.
Note: The Fosshub site is what's linked to on the main Audacity website: https://www.audacityteam.org/download/
