Hello, i have the same issue with some collection operations empty and some customs DataPersister (https://api-platform.com/docs/core/dto/#creating-a-service-oriented-endpoint).

When i try to use admin or generate client i got the same error.
In the admin i got this similar error :
Error: Unable to find the URL for "https://localhost:8443/docs.jsonld#Entrypoint/repoSyncRequest". at parseHydraDocumentation.js:441
This url is valid : https://localhost:8443/docs.jsonld and i had one property for Entrypoint/repoSyncRequest entity :

PS : I'm using the api-platform core v2.4.0-beta.1 because the property "outputClass" in the doc didn't exist in the last stable release

I encountered the same issue on 2.6.5 ; a get collection operation is required on all entities for admin to work.
Is this by design for an admin ? Should the error be more verbose in this case ?
