This is already possible by leaving out the list entry.
E.g. if you only want to train on forces your loss config should look like this:

loss:
- name: energy
 loss_type: structures

I'm aware of this, but I thought setting the weight to zero should also be possible.
My motivation for this was running a grid search to optimize parameters. But I can only run it from (0, x] and not [0, x]
