This is now replaced with Drag 'n' Drop style.
from appimageupdater.
Design idea, rounded rectangle with a grey dotted line and an arrow inside it. This is used in many macOS apps to symbolize "drag and drop". How do you like it?

I suppose I will get it tested on the major platforms , could you post the output when you run it from the terminal , Thanks for the review.

This error occurs only if usr/plugins/platformthemes/libqgtk3.so
is bundled. If I delete usr/plugins/platformthemes/libqgtk3.so
then I do not the crash but I get a file open dialog instead.
from appimageupdater.
yes , you must open a AppImage with the dialog.
from appimageupdater.
I cannot because the segfault occurs before the dialog appears.

It works just great on Arch Linux ( My default OS). You could also update through commandline , AppImageUpdater appimaged.AppImage
from appimageupdater.
Yes I know. We could even leave away this button if we cannot make it work everywhere.
from appimageupdater.
