I think as_sftp could be used as it is, it supports:
KEX: ecdh-sha2-nistp256,ecdh-sha2-nistp384,ecdh-sha2-nistp521,diffie-hellman-group16-sha512,diffie-hellman-group18-sha512
Crypto: aes256-ctr,aes192-ctr,aes128-ctr
Mac: hmac-sha2-256,hmac-sha2-512
But it is not FIPS-140 compliant.
And it does not use any OpenSSL Cipher Suites (are they used in sftp????).
as_sftp can use these public key algorithms: ssh-rsa, rsa-sha2-256 and rsa-sha2-512.
It has limited support for ecdsa-sha2-nistp256, ecdsa-sha2-nistp384 and ecdsa-sha2-nistp521
Just let me know if you need support for more algos. For the right price a lot is possible :)
