Page is working for me and Extension badge is blue. However points circle are not filling up, so is not working for me:

I'm not sure why this would happen. The useragents should be valid. Does manual search on bing.com add any points?

yes. Any search is producing 3 points, weird. And opening a Test through rewards points is opening a bing search but not the Quiz

Do you mean opening a quiz from https://rewards.bing.com/ opens a bing search? This is even weirder lol. I don't know if this is caused by the extension or some bug from MS end. Have you tried disable the extension to see if it goes back to normal?

@tmxkn1 . Now this is solved and I did nothing from my end. So this was clearly a bug from MS side.
