Resume playback after call about antennapod HOT 3 OPEN

Don't read German, but I noticed I can't resume play if my screen is locked.

The German comment basically says that if a call is received while listening to the app. playback is paused, but is not resumed once the call is over, whether or not the call is answered. I can confirm this behavior also exists if the app playback is interrupted by another app playing audio. Looking in the setting there is an option to pause playback or lower the volume when another app plays audio, but there is no resume playback when another app stops playing audio like there is with headphone/Bluetooth connect.

If you have Pause for interruptions turned on, the ability to automatically resume playback once another app has stopped playing audio needs to be a given feature. It's highly inconvenient, especially if listening in the car, to have to fumble around after a call ends to get back to AntennaPod and hit the play button manually. This is the first media app I've ever used that didn't have that feature.

Similar issue #6867 appears to no longer exist after updating my Pixel 7a to Android 14 build AP1A.240305.019.A1.
