I changed the interval to refresh podcasts a few times and now it is working. I also turn on the airplane mode at night maybe that also affected the problem.

Please check the following:
• Settings » Downloads » Refresh podcasts is set to an interval
• Settings » Downloads » Automatic download.
• Podcast X/Y » Settings » Keep updated & Include in auto downloads are enabled

Please check the following: • Settings » Downloads » Refresh podcasts is set to an interval • Settings » Downloads » Automatic download. • Podcast X/Y » Settings » Keep updated & Include in auto downloads are enabled
All these settings are turned. Auto download is working for other podcasts too. But for these I've mentioned.

And if you turn off auto-download for all other podcasts, do these two work then?
Have you checked your episode cache limits?
