@AndreaHasani I think it is a safety feature to escape html tags in text mode. I'll check for any endpoint to translate html files but I'm not sure if it will work.

@AndreaHasani I don't see any endpoint to translate an HTML page for now...
I think your best bet would be to parse the HTML with BeautifulSoup and translate each text component using translatepy
from translate.

@AndreaHasani "HTML mode" should be released in the future, planned for translatepy v2.2
I made a method for the Translate class to translate HTML strings and/or BeautifulSoup elements through in b0ccdab
from translate.
