AngularJS Eclipse has none depeendencies too WTP WebResources. AngularJS Eclipse update site provides just the possibility to install WTP WebResources

OK, so it is enhancement for WTP Editor, and no other projects are using it.
Is it right?

Yes!
and no other projects are using it.
No Liferay IDE is using it by extending to support for instance their bootstrap.css
I would like to add to http://marketplace.eclipse.org/content/enide-studio-2014/
