Thanks iamawalrus.

Though I don't see how it works. When I change the sidebar size (width), it
doesn't
stay the same between restarts. Or do you mean remembering whether the sidebar
is
hidden or not?

There are several situations it won't remember the position. Such as, you open
a chm
file without Table Of Content or you set the sidebar size smaller than the min
size.

I've tried with a few CHM files. The main window is maximized btw (1440 width on
MacBook Pro). Opening a CHM, the sidebar/bookmark pane takes up maybe 40-45% of
the
screen width. I realize it it and then immediately quit iCHM and then reopen
the same
.chm. the size goes back to what it was originally.

maybe corrupt preferences? I just installed this yesterday. :)
