Good idea, keyboard shortcut would make the workflow a lot better, since you spend most of the time typing anyway, so having to switch back to the mouse all the time is a bit awkward.

Also, when filling out the character profile pages, it would be really good to have a way to switch to the next question via "ctrl+return", otherwise you have to click your way through all the questions.

I'm bumping this thread because I feel like the new 2.0 menu interface has me touching and moving the mouse a LOT more than the old interface (I still prefer the new one though). Things like the fact the "OK completed/not yet completed/to do" buttons are now top right of screen. So I finish editing, I leave the keyboard to take the mouse, drag it to the top right of a big monitor (flipped sideways so that it is taller than it is wide...makes for better writing with more text on the screen), toggle the status, then drag it all the way down the big monitor to the bottom right to click save and back. On 1.x versions it was bottom left and not nearly as much mouse movement to go from left to right at the bottom. However, I recognize this is exactly opposite problem for those with screens wider than they are tall.

So instead of debating merits of monitor position, having keyboard shortcuts would make this significantly better.

I didn't find any documentation tips for using keyboard shortcuts, but I know that with 2.0.2 under Linux if you hover over "Previous question/Next question) the tool tip tells you Alt+(right/left) changes pages in the character question section. I also know from accidental experience that ctrl+s saves. What others are there? Where do I find a list?

It would be really useful to have more keyboard shortcuts and have them more easily found.

Thanks!
