This is a project for Coursera IBM Data Science course. Exploration, segmentation, and clustering the neighborhoods in the city of Toronto based on the postalcode and borough information. The neighborhood data is not readily available on the internet. For the Toronto neighborhood data, a Wikipedia page exists that has all the information needed to explore and cluster the neighborhoods in Toronto. The code scrapes the Wikipedia page and wrangle the data, cleans it, and then reads it into a pandas dataframe. After the segmentation and clustering is performed.
