Or maybe it's the fact that I am using RecyclerView? In your sample code, you used a ListView instead.

First objective that I am trying to get going.
Is writing code to any device that will jump over the arguments. Far as list view or RecyclerView
Sure that you will have to compile a command.
Working a little so far. Made some progress.
My debbuger has kick out some arguments.
Have addressed a few and is working so far.
