Requesting tutorial in how to use about rate-calculator-2015 HOT 1 OPEN

I try to do. But my advice is:

• Set sv_minrate very high (128000), and sv_maxrate 0
• Set sv_mincmdrate high (60), sv_maxrate 128
• You can try set sv_minupdaterate and sv_maxupdaterate also high, first. To same value as tickrate. 66 ? 128 ??

But this depend PC hardware, can it handle how many players and how fast tickrate is. How big is net bandhwidht Download/Upload ?
What game mod ? Because there are huge different with old HL2 games and newest Mod (example CS:S vs CS:GO)

If you have limited net bandwidht and server start lag above settings, try simply lower updaterate and changelevel, so players reconnect.
Try sv_minupdaterate 30, sv_maxupdaterate 30 next, will it stop lag.
