One of the purposes of this Python SDK is to make the authorization process simple. You will only need to pass your API key and API secret. Also the SDK re-generates in an automated way the access token so you won't have to worry about the 30 minutes expiration. Please check the README page on how to get started.
Since this issue is not related to the SDK itself, I close it. If you still face the issue StackOverflow or the Amadeus for Developers support could be more relevant place.
