Use allure with doctests would cause failure about allure-pytest HOT 6 CLOSED

Oh, I can see those. But could you develop a regular pytester test from those so they can be called uniformly along the other already present tests?
Briefly, use the report_for fixture with those tests to get allure report for them and make some reasonable assertions against the report.
With this done send the pull request so one can take over the problem and develop changes in the plugin to accomodate for the doctests.

Can't say for everyone but I didn't us doctest since the latest report I made.
