This would look something like this:

trait Other: Sized {
    type Token: TokenType;

    fn tokenize(&self) -> Self::Token;
    fn detokenize(token: Self::Token) -> Self;
}

impl<T: SolType> Other for T::RustType {
    type Token = T::TokenType;

    fn tokenize(&self) -> Self::Token {
        T::tokenize(self)
    }

    fn detokenize(token: Self::Token) -> Self {
        T::detokenize(token)
    }
}

But T is unconstrained, so it can probably be done with a macro:

macro_rules! impl_other {
    ($t:ty) => {
        impl Other for <$t as SolType>::RustType {
            type Token = <$t as SolType>::TokenType;
            ...
        }
    };
}

from core.
