您好，目前我们的SDK是不支持KEIL的，这个部分还需要您自行进行移植，非常抱歉。
只有在5月底之前在杭州节点创建过产品，才可以继续使用杭州节点，否则新注册的都是华东2节点。
建议注册华东2节点，杭州节点已经开始弱化技术支持。
另外，pubkey.cert目前可以忽略，这个是针对杭州节点的，
