Yes. You can first fork this project and do some modifications in your repository, then you can pull request it to us. We can see your contribution. If we think it's OK for us. We will merge it.

I am not completely understand. Why tengine-1.6 tree older than master tree (which should be tengine-1.4)?

If i want to use SPDY for now, should i patch current master tree manually or i should hope that you'll merge it to master? I don't see nothing wrong with SPDY. It enabled only optionally and disabled by default. No one reported that it breaks anything.

We are going to merge Nginx-1.3 branch into Tengine. This may be done in May just as @yaoweibin said. But if you need the SDPY feature for now, you might patch it manually :)
