Might have to do with issue#127, since the referenced MWE2 workflow is in a 
linked folder from the dev workspace, which is not indexed.

It still is. But it is just a flaw.

Ok, when adding these dependencies to the MANIFEST.MF of the model project, the 
markers disappear:

 org.eclipselabs.spray.styles;bundle-version="0.5.0",

 org.eclipselabs.spray.generator.graphiti;bundle-version="0.5.0"
