Hi,
Please try this (unpublished) build, sha256sum: df15b41085100a823e5c39fa58c176281fb7b16ba95ecc8990ba3b2d2324d111.
I've stumbled upon this problem some time ago, patched it and send patch to upstream. b26p1 builds also contain timezone update. I have not published them on github (waiting for the next b30 release) but can upload them now - windows-amd64 is currently being uploaded, please write if you need such builds for other platforms (or installers, debug images etc).

Thank you very much for your quick reaction and apologies for my late reply. With this build (I tested only the i586 build) I can compile our full codebase and run all the tests without problems. I've been using it successfully for several days now.
On Ubuntu I use the OpenJDK builds that are available through the repository, so the Windows builds are enough for now. Thanks!
