Arguably you could still use "fliki", but probably in bad form.
"flaki"
"flaski"
Something along the lines of the use of Flask (ie cask is a flask cms, and decanter being a blogging framework on flask.):
"ewer"
"flagon"
"cruet"
"ampulla"
You could also appeal to Alex's German speaking side with:
"verband"
"einen"
"mit-wiki"

I am not so sure about this yet, I will add it to my todolist and think about it on saturday, unfortunately I am pretty busy at the moment.

+1 to resolve this.
I'm not sure that to refer "flask" (at least explicitly) be useful, because this is more a kind o final application but a flask extension.
As Wikipedia says "Wiki is a Hawaiian word meaning "fast" or "quick" ", could we play with another Hawaiian word ?
These dictionaries ( 1 2 3 ) can help.
May be we can use "hue" wich means "flask" ;-)

Here another: http://www.mauimapp.com/moolelo/hwnwdshw.htm
"Laulima": To work together
from wiki.
And now something completely different: I've named my fork Waliki which is an Aymara word that means All right, Fine.
It has punch, sound a bit like Wiki, has a meaningful sense for the project and also plays with the idea of using a "non mainstream" language.
And last but not less important, it's a humble tribute to Bolivian President Evo Morales who was kidnapped in Austria.
