Hey @mikemaas-amazon , thanks for raising the issue. This is because of the the mismatch in the keyword argument names in AbstractResponseInterceptor in runtime layer and in core layer. As part of providing mypy support, we had to change the dispatch method call accordingly. Looks like the change isn't done completely.
We are working on fixing this and should be releasing the fix very soon.

The fix has been merged. I will update the issue with the release version once we release the SDK.
